Wedding Management includes facilitation of your wedding rehearsal, managing the transitions of your wedding ceremony, and maintaining the flow and timelines outlined for your reception.
Wedding Day Management services include but are not limited to:
Ceremony
• Distribute bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc. to
the wedding party and honored guests.
• Gather wedding party for pre/post wedding pictures
• Facilitate ceremony processional
Reception
• Coordinate deliveries and receive vendors
• Distribution of final payments and gratuities to
vendors as needed
• Seating chart management and guest services
• Facilitate grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting,
bouquet/garter toss, send-off, etc.
